The apartment has very large windows that bathe the space in light. We visited during a short hot spell and the two potable a/c units kept the spaces cool and comfortable. The decor is modern/uncluttered, the textiles were clean/super soft and the furniture was comfortable/inviting. Across the street is a drug store, liquor store and Asian market with a huge selection of unique offerings. We didn't bring a vehicle so the nearby access to public transportation was great. Communication with Nick was clear and responsive. Would love to come back when it's cold and sit in front of one of the 2 beautiful fireplaces with cozy blanket and look at the view of the mountains in the distance.

Great apartment, good location, and free parking. Nick was very responsive. We were looking for a place at the last second. He responded to my message immediately, and after we booked it he sent us very clear and helpful instructions on the check in process. Within 15 minutes of booking, we were checked in and able to put our feet up after a long day. It was the fastest check in after booking that I've ever experienced! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Vancouver.

The apartment was exactly what we needed: convenient, safe, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, nice furniture and a parking lot. Nick was always available for questions and he gave super instructions in advance to get into the apartment. The area is o.k., you can walk within 10 minutes to Gastown. Try to avoid walking eastwards from the apartment. We did not know about the high drug scene and homeless people there.

Great place! Very clean and Nick was easy to work with. I really enjoyed the very comfortable bed and soft linens. It was an easy walk to china town restaurant Phnom penh which was on my bucket list. Skytrain station was steps from the complex which made it easy to get to airport. I will stay there again.

We stayed at Nick’s place for an event at BC Place, which is only a 10 min walk away. Super convenient location. Very beautiful neighborhood with lots to do. The apartment was extremely well maintained- beautiful and cozy. Nick is extremely communicative and his guidebook had very detailed instructions to make sure guests have everything they need during their stay. I would stay here again!
